Rather than coming from a single nectar source, TruBee Honey is created from the variety of native plants and wildflowers available to the bees. Because the nectar sources change throughout the year, the color and flavor of the honey can vary naturally from one harvest to another.

Different seasonal harvests offer their own unique characteristics. Tennessee Spring is identified with a green safety seal, while Wildflower Summer is identified with a reddish-orange seal.
