The kit contains the dried elderberry-and-spice blend and preparation directions. Water and sweetener are not included. We recommend local raw honey, but you can choose the sweetener that works best for your household and adjust it to taste.

How to Enjoy It

Enjoy your prepared syrup straight, or add it to sparkling water, tea, lemonade, smoothies, yogurt, or oatmeal.

Storage

Store the unopened kit in a cool, dry place for up to 24 months. Once prepared, refrigerate the syrup and consume within eight weeks. Prepared syrup may also be frozen for longer storage.
